Custom Deck replacement

If you already have a deck, we will take the time to understand what is and isn’t working about it. Based on your preferences and how you use your deck, we may make suggestions for improvements with your new deck. Things such as changing its site location to maximize — or minimize — sun exposure, altering its elevation slightly to ease the transition between inside and out, and choosing a railing material that opens up the view are all considered. We can even help with a new entryway or slider for a seamless path to your outdoor oasis.

This is the second time we’ve used KB Carpentry to make updates to our home. For this project we replaced an old wooden deck with a more functional, larger composite deck with dry storage. The process was super easy. Anytime there was anything we didn’t understand Ken explained in detail so we could make the best choices which I greatly appreciated.

The finished deck is more beautiful than I could have imagined. And we love spending our time out there! As a plus, Ken made my children who were extremely interested in the build feel as though they were part of the process which felt above and beyond – and made their days.
